Admission conditions
(1) Abide by the constitution of the people's republic of china and relevant laws and regulations, adhere to the scientific spirit, strictly observe the integrity of scientific research, and have no academic misconduct.
(2) Excellent in both character and study, physical and mental health, and good development potential.
(3) Obtain a full-time doctorate degree in a relevant major from a well-known university/research institution at home and abroad, generally under the age of 35.
(4) Majors: including but not limited to information and communication engineering, control science and engineering, power engineering and engineering thermophysics, mechanics, ship and ocean engineering, materials science and engineering, computer science and technology, operations research and cybernetics, Instrument Science and Technology, Port, Coastal and Offshore Engineering, etc.
(5) After entering the station, rely on various scientific and technological tasks in the laboratory to engage in post-doctoral research full-time.
Postdoctoral salary
(1) Provide competitive and sustainable remuneration packages and incorporate them into the full-time employee welfare system. Pay social insurance and housing provident fund for full-time postdoctoral fellows. During the full-time postdoctoral period, an agreement salary system is adopted. The agreement salary consists of two parts: basic annual salary and employment period performance, and is paid in full by Taihu Laboratory for two years. The performance of the employment period will be released according to the results of the evaluation period of the employment period.
(2) The comprehensive annual salary starts from 350,000 yuan.
(3) 2-year free doctoral apartment or 2-year unit rental subsidy.
(4) Support the application of various post-doctoral talent projects at the national, provincial, ministerial and local levels, and the recipients can enjoy individual treatment in accordance with relevant regulations. The scientific research achievements obtained during the station period shall enjoy the scientific research achievement awards according to the regulations of the unit.
(5) During the station, they can participate in the qualification evaluation of professional and technical positions according to the relevant regulations of professional and technical position evaluation and appointment. Those who are excellent in the outbound assessment at the expiration of the term can be preferentially employed as researchers in the Taihu Laboratory, and enjoy 200,000 to 300,000 resettlement allowances.
(6) According to the Wuxi Xiyin project, postdoctoral fellows who leave the station to work in Xi can enjoy a one-time “house purchase subsidy” of 300,000 yuan for the first home, and a “rental subsidy” of 20,000 yuan per year for 2 years.
(7) Excellent postdoctoral programs in Jiangsu province will be recommended based on merit. The selected candidates will receive a subsidy of 300,000 yuan for two years, mainly for living allowances.

2. Information of two recommenders with senior professional titles (including name, unit, position, and contact information).
3. A full-time doctoral degree certificate or a certificate issued by a degree-granting unit that satisfies the conditions for conferring a full-time doctoral degree.
4. The abstract of the doctoral dissertation, the published works, the dissertation catalog and the transcript of the degree course during the postgraduate period.
5. My statement on the authenticity and validity of the materials provided (my own signature is required).
(2) The laboratory organizes interviews and review of questions. Determine the list of postdoctoral personnel to enter the station, and go through the entry procedures according to the relevant national regulations.
