The team is led by Professor Li Xingfei from Tianjin University, and currently has 18 members, including 16 with doctoral degrees and 10 with senior professional titles. The team is mainly engaged in research on new sensors, detection and intelligence, ocean observation and detection in the field of intelligent perception of deep-sea equipment. It focuses on conducting basic research on intelligent perception, tackling key core technologies, and focusing on solving the application problems of sensing components, promoting the intelligent process of deep-sea equipment, and serving the strategy of becoming a maritime power.
The team has undertaken more than 60 scientific research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation's major research instrument development project, the National Natural Science Foundation's key project, and the marine economic innovation and development regional demonstration project. The total funding is over 60 million yuan, and it has won many awards such as the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the first prize of the Tianjin Science and Technology Progress Award, and the first prize of the China Society of Metrology and Technology Science and Technology Progress Award. Apply for over 100 national invention patents and authorize over 40; Published over 300 papers, including over 200 indexed by SCI and EI.
